By accessing or using MoveSolo's business management platform and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the United States of America (USA). By using our Service, you consent to the jurisdiction of courts in both jurisdictions as applicable.

MoveSolo provides a comprehensive business management platform that includes, but is not limited to:

• Financial tracking and analytics
• Invoice creation and management
• Expense tracking
• Client relationship management (CRM)
• Calendar and task management
• KPI tracking and reporting
• Third-party integrations

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOVESOLO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MoveSolo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, or the appropriate federal or state courts in the United States, at our discretion.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal legal action in the appropriate jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MoveSolo regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
